Eversince I was young, I dream of going to Mecca to fulfill one of the five pillars of our Islamic religion. Aside from shahada, salat, zakah and sawm the hajj or the pilgrimage of any capable Muslim is the most crucial because aside from the costs of going to Mecca, you have to endure the hardships of being there as you will be with millions of Muslims. These five-pillars of Islam is essential because we believe that doing these practices will purify our soul. I am always writing in my essay paper my willingness and my measures for me to be able to go there.
I am now working and I must say that half of my earnings are being saved for me to be able to go there. I hope that I can bring my family there but I know it is impossible because we need a lot of money to do that and we aren't that well-off. Our imam said that being there should be a devotion and not to be boasted as a social status.
